Progress Report 2 Week 3

Agenda :

We had our group discussion preparing the interview questions that will be held on this sunday.

We do our assumptions about what are the business process that the company have to be improved, based on our first impression as a customer and we will proposed it to Tuan Haji Yusof in our next appoinment.

Today afternoon, we will go out again to see Miss Faizah to study about their own business process. Miss Faizah is a Chief Customer Representative and also a paharmacist for this company that have a direct contact with the staffs and also customers.

Agenda : We were went out looking for the company to be our subject. Finally we found a pharmaceutical company which is Materia Medica that willing to be our research subject. Here's a little bit introduction about the Materia Medica.

Location : PKNS Bangi

Owner Name : Tuan Haji Yusof

Start Operated : 1995(this is not actual date, because the information is given by the new staff, will be corrected later).

Others information : Materia Madica at PKNS is one out of 15 branches in Kuala Lumpur.

Group future Planning : We will come back after this, make an appoinment to make an interview with them.

Agenda : Went out looking for a company in Bangi area

Problem : We are really unlucky, because the company that we are aimed is already took by other group.

Solution : Tomorrow, we will together go out again, loking for the willing company to be our subject soon.
